DMCA and Copyright Policy

WasaPlus respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid copyright infringement notices.

WasaPlus respects the intellectual property of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws in other countries, we will respond promptly to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.

How to submit a takedown notice

If you believe that content on WasaPlus infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to contacto@wasaplusoficial.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request". Your notice must include:

  1. Your full name, address, telephone number and email address.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. The exact URL(s) on WasaPlus where the allegedly infringing material appears.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

Once we receive a complete and valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in question, usually within a few business days. We may contact you if we need more information. Incomplete notices may delay the process.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to contacto@wasaplusoficial.com including your contact details, the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court. We may restore the material if the complainant does not take legal action within the period set by law.

Misuse

Please note that submitting a knowingly false or misleading notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability for damages. If you are unsure whether content infringes your rights, consider seeking legal advice first.
