DMCA Policy
Last updated: 23/08/2026
We respect other people's intellectual property and expect users of this site to do the same. This page explains how to notify us of an infringement and what we do when we receive one.
Our position
WhatsApp Plus is an informational site. We do not develop the applications we write about and we claim no rights over them. The texts, infographics and design are our own work. When we host or link a file we do so on the understanding that distributing it is permitted; if we are shown otherwise, we act.
How to send a takedown notice
If you are a copyright holder or an authorised agent and believe content on this site infringes your rights, send us a message through the contact page including:
- Your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- Precise identification of the protected work you consider infringed.
- The exact URL on our site of the content you ask us to remove. One URL per item.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you act as the owner or on their behalf.
- Your signature, physical or electronic.
What we do when we receive one
We review every complete notice and, if valid, remove or block access to the identified content within 48 working hours at most. We confirm the action by email. If the notice is incomplete we will tell you what is missing so it can be processed.
Counter-notice
If content of yours was removed and you believe it was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the removal was an error, and your consent to the relevant jurisdiction. We will review the case and restore the content if appropriate.
Abusive notices
Filing a false or bad-faith notice may expose the sender to legal liability. We reject requests that do not meet the requirements or that are plainly unfounded.
Repeat infringement
We apply a takedown policy for repeat infringement: content that has been the subject of repeated valid notices is not republished.
